Main components of feeding system

 
1) Hot galvanized feed hopper is located at the front end of each feed line,receiving feed from the main feed line.Together with feed extension boot and axial at the bottom,feed can be delivered from the feed hopper to each feed pan.


2)Driving system consists of reduced motor with phase protection,0.75kw,380v,and end unit.
 
3)Synthetic steel auger imported from South Africa,feeding speed reaches up to 450kg/h.
 
4)Feed pipe is hot galvanized,with zn-coat thickness no less than 275 g per square meter.Its standard length is 3m long,with 2-hole,3-hole and 4-hole.
 
5)14-arm feed pan is made of PPE,with enough feeding space,avoiding chick neck jammed by grills.
*Red color can attract chick to eat feed easily.
*Every pan provides 150kg live weight
*Round and smooth verge prevent feed spilling out of feed pan, reducing feed waste.
 
6)Capacitive feed sensor on the next-to-last feed pan controls the feed level accurately.When the feed level reaches up to the feed sensor,the feed conveying will stop automatically.
 
7)The height of suspension system can be adjusted according to the height of the chicken house and requirements of customers.
Common standard of height of suspension system is-Chick neck in lines to the feed pan at an angle of 45 degree.
 
8)Electrical shocker and wire are optional to prevent bird climbing on the feed pipe.
